Large incident map products updated daily while the National Preparedness Level (NPL) is Level 2
or higher. Otherwise, when the NPL is Level 1, the map products are updated only on Fridays.

375 meter resolution VIIRS active fire detection data from the Joint Polar Satellite System-1 (JPSS-1) platform are now available and integrated into Active Fire Mapping Program maps, data and services. JPSS-1 VIIRS data are combined in these products with Suomi-NPP active fire detection data.
